According to aviation data resource JETNET, the first eight months of 2011 are showing positive signs for pre-owned business jet sales. The year-to-date average asking price increased 3.5%. Inventories of pre-owned jets declined to 13.8% (down 1.1 points from 14.9% last year). Business jet transactions are up 11.4% from last year, with average asking prices up 3.5%. Average days on market are still at high levels.
